The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the effective functioning of the Director's office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The EA will act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, playing a key role in maintaining seamless operations and supporting decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation on behalf of the Director.
Coordinate meetings, compile agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Support operational tasks including project coordination, workflow tracking, and monitoring deadlines.
Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefs to support strategic decision-making.
Organize and maintain office files, databases, and communication systems.
Assist with event planning, team coordination, and administrative logistics as needed.
Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure smooth daily operations in the Director's office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Must have experience in garment industry
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or administrative professional supporting senior leadership In Garment Industry.
Strong competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting C-suite or Director-level executives.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking mindset.
