We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support our production team.
You'll handle scheduling, coordination, communication, and day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel plans
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Handle calls, emails, and basic documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
6 months-1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in admin coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace / MS Office
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Based in Mumbai (preferably near Andheri)
