The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strategic coordination. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
Coordinate and manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
Communication & Correspondence
Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and other communications.
Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
Record minutes and follow up on action items.
Travel & Logistics
Plan and manage travel itineraries.
Handle bookings, accommodations, and expense reports.
Document & Information Management
Maintain confidential files and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
Project Support
Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Office & Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
Support the Director in personal and professional engagements as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
