Job Description

An executive assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to senior executives by managing their schedules, handling communications, preparing documents, coordinating travel and events, and conducting research, all while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management:

Organize and manage complex calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and video conferences.

Communication Management:

Act as a point of contact, handling internal and external correspondence, answering phone calls, and managing email.

Document Preparation:

Prepare, organize, and format various corporate documents, reports, and presentations.

Travel & Event Coordination:

Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and coordinate both internal and off-site corporate events.

Information Management:

Maintain organized filing systems and act as a gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive and confidential information is handled with discretion.

Research & Project Support:

Conduct research, compile data, and provide relevant information to support decision-making and assist with special projects.

Office & Administrative Support:

Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing, creating spreadsheets, and managing office supplies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Organization & Time Management:

The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous organization is vital.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity platforms like Google Workspace are required.

Discretion & Confidentiality:

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal Skills:

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other partners.

Professionalism:

Upholding a high level of professionalism and acting as a reliable representative for the executive and company.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
