Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail).
Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist with personal tasks or errands when required (optional depending on role).
Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO, VP, Director level).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
Event planning or coordination experience.
Ability to anticipate needs and act with minimal direction.
Working Conditions
Standard business hours 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM , with occasional need for after-hours availability.
May involve occasional travel or off-site events.
