Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Calendar Management & Travel Coordination:

Schedule and manage the MD's appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the lead in preparation for quarterly/monthly Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following the progress of open action items, drafting the agenda, setting the timetable for meeting and producing accurate minutes at each meeting. Prepare reports, presentations (In PPT) and other materials for meetings and other purposes. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for the MD and other senior leaders including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative tasks, including filing, document organization, and expense reporting etc Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of the MD. Vendor management for various services as per need & requirement. Purchasing Stationary, Pantry items, medical kit etc Support in organising events, celebrations etc Single point of contact for day to day administrative activities. Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by the MD to support the executive team and the organization's objectives.

Research Work:

Identify, study, research on companies, people and industry sectors for preparing information papers for executing mandate assignments. Collect, gather, and compile data from various sources, which may include surveys, interviews, databases, documents, online sources, and telephonic research.
