We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective time management.
Communication Management:
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), proposals, and official documents as required.
Travel & Logistics:
Organize and manage travel itineraries, hotel bookings, visas, and related arrangements.
Confidentiality:
Maintain utmost discretion in handling sensitive and confidential business information.
Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and follow-up on pending matters.
Task Management:
Track key deliverables, deadlines, and projects on behalf of the Director and ensure timely completion.
Strategic Support:
Assist in research, data compilation, and providing insights for decision-making.
Event Support:
Coordinate and manage company events, board meetings, and client engagements as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Management or related field.
3-6 years of experience as an EA, PA, or similar role (preferably supporting senior leadership).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
