Key Responsibilities1. Strategic & Business Support
Prepare
briefing notes, competitor scans, and market intelligence
ahead of meetings.
Track
progress of major projects
(hospitals, medical colleges, H.O.CON sponsorships) and ensure deadlines are met.
Consolidate updates from internal teams into
daily/weekly actionable reports
.
2. Calendar & Priority Management
Own the Director's
calendar, travel, and meeting pipeline
.
Ensure every hour is aligned with
high-value outcomes
.
Coordinate
strategic connects
with hospital owners, trustees, sponsors, and ministers.
3. Execution & Coordination
Act as a
shadow project manager
-- following up, driving deadlines, and escalating delays.
Ensure
speed of execution
across ventures and projects.
4. Travel & Representation
Accompany the Director
on national and international travel for meetings, events, and projects.
Independently represent the Director
in select meetings and site visits when required.
Manage complete
travel logistics
(visas, tickets, hotels, itineraries).
5. Communication & Brand Support
Draft/review
emails, proposals, presentations, and LinkedIn content
.
Work with PR, design, and event agencies to ensure a
consistent, premium brand image
.
Support the Director's
LinkedIn/networking growth
.
6. Operational Efficiency
Manage contracts, MoUs, and key documentation.
Maintain a
knowledge base
of clients, partners, and opportunities.
Create SOPs for recurring tasks.
