Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, follow-up obsessed and detail-oriented individual to

join our team as an Executive Assistant (EA). We don't need a conventional Executive

Assistant (EA). The ideal candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to

top-level executives, across the departments enhancing their effectiveness by managing

schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day

operations. Even Office Administrator profiles can be explored for those who have above

qualities and who are willing to learn.

Responsibilities (for reference only, not limited to):

? Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars,

scheduling meetings, and appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.

? Communication Handling: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external

communications on behalf of the executives, ensuring professionalism and

confidentiality.

? Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations,

and logistics for executives.

? Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda

preparation, venue arrangements, and post-meeting follow-ups.

? Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records, handle documentation, and

ensure systematic filing of important information.

? Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing and managing tasks, ensuring that critical

deadlines are met.

? Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and assist in managing the

executive office's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

? Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

? Discretion and confidentiality are crucial.Education and Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

? Graduation from any secretarial college is a big plus.

? Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Compensation

? The salary range for this position is set between Rs 15,000/- to 20000/-

? Residing within a 30-45-minute commuting distance from our office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,215.31 - ?20,000.00 per month
