We are seeking a highly proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate should be super-active, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and reminders
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Track tasks, action items, and follow-ups assigned by the Director to ensure timely closure
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings (MOM)
Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and logistics
Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and client interactions
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Assist in organizing priorities and daily work planning for the Director
Manage documentation, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Handle urgent, ad-hoc, and time-sensitive tasks efficiently
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities
High energy, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email)
Strong time management and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Experience in a marketing, events, advertising, or agency environment is an added advantage
