Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Partner--managing schedules, handling confidential information, ensuring seamless communication, and providing operational support across client engagements and internal projects.
This is a dynamic role requiring a high level of discretion, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and organizational intelligence. Experience in the events industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and optimize the Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (local & international).
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Draft and proofread emails, documents, and proposals.
Handle expense reports and vendor invoicing for the Partner.
Project & Event Support:
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on behalf of the Partner.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics where needed.
Assist in proposal development, event planning documentation, and creative brainstorming sessions.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as the gatekeeper for the Partner--filtering calls, emails, and meeting requests.
Liaise with high-profile clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks, decisions, and communications.
Operations & Confidentiality:
Maintain discretion in handling confidential information, contracts, and financial data.
Assist in HR and team coordination tasks when required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Partner's office and related admin.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
