Calendar and Schedule Management:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests and ensure optimal use of the executives time.
. Communication and Correspondence:
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and special events.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
. Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are in place.
. Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and office management.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
. Project Support:
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations.
. Office Management:
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the executive office operates efficiently.
