The Executive Assistant will provide efficient administrative and coordination support to the senior management team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Handle emails, communication, and follow-ups.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track action points.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and basic documentation.
Maintain confidential files and ensure smooth office coordination.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-3 years in a similar role is an advantage.
