We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can work as the Director's shadow, ensuring smooth daily operations, clear communication, and timely follow-ups across departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Task Managemen

Work closely with the Director and manage their day-to-day workflows, meetings, priorities, and deliverables.
Maintain a clear task list assigned by the Director and ensure timely follow-ups with all staff members.
Track, update, and report the progress of all delegated tasks.
Prepare concise daily/weekly summary reports for the Director.
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as a single point of contact between the Director and internal departments (production, sampling, design, embroidery, accounts, dispatch).
Draft emails, messages, and internal notes on behalf of the Director.
Ensure structured communication so the Director receives critical updates without delays.
4. Data & Reporting
Maintain company/task dashboards for the Director.
Collect information from different departments and convert them into clear, organised reports.
Identify delays and escalate issues to the Director before they become bottlenecks.
5. Administrative & Personal Assistance
Manage calendars, appointments, travel plans, and meeting schedules.
Prepare presentations, notes, MOMs, documentation, and structured databases.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company data, strategies, and communication.
Skills & Qualities We Expect
Excellent organisation and follow-up skills - must track 20-50 tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication (Hindi/English/Gujarati preferred).
Proactive attitude - anticipates needs without being asked.
Strong ownership mindset - treats the Director's tasks like their own.
Familiarity with textile/garment manufacturing workflows is a big advantage.
Tech-savvy - comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp Business, email drafting, Google Sheets, task trackers.
Discipline, punctuality, and confidentiality are essential.
