We work closely with promoters, investors, merchant bankers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless execution of all mandates.

Role Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Executive Assistant to the Director who can not only manage day-to-day executive support tasks but also act as a Networking & Investor Relations Manager. The ideal candidate will be articulate, proactive, and able to represent the Director and the company with confidence and maturity.

A strong command of written and spoken English is mandatory--this is a deal-breaking requirement.

Key Responsibilities



1. Executive Assistance & Administrative Support



Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for IPO projects and investor meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion. Draft emails, letters, proposals, and communication on behalf of the Director. Take Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and ensure timely follow-up on all action items. Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

2. IPO & Investment Advisory Support



Assist in documentation flow and compliance-related activities for IPO projects. Coordinate with merchant bankers, auditors, legal teams, and company executives. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure the Director is updated with all progress. Maintain databases related to IPOs, investors, and company portfolios.

3. Networking & Investor Relations



Represent the company professionally in investor meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Develop and maintain relationships with investors, advisors, and industry stakeholders. Understand basic investment concepts to communicate effectively with investors. Arrange and attend investor meetings alongside or on behalf of the Director. Build and update investor databases, ensuring proper follow-up and relationship management.

4. Communication & Coordination



Communicate effectively across teams and ensure seamless information flow. Draft crisp and professional communication for internal and external use. Assist the Director in maintaining goodwill and professional relationships across the ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills



Exceptional command over English -- written and verbal. Strong common sense, presence of mind, and the ability to make wise decisions independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and maturity. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Technical & Professional Skills



Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to prepare professional presentations and documents. Basic understanding of finance and accounting. Ability to network, build relationships, and confidently speak with investors.
