The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and manage time-sensitive requests.
Communication & Correspondence:
Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and book domestic and international travel, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Project Support:
Assist with research, reporting, project tracking, and execution of business initiatives.
Confidential Information Management:
Handle sensitive company information with discretion and professionalism.
Office & Administrative Support:
Coordinate events, process expenses, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
3-5+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
