About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to support the Group Advisor in managing both professional and personal priorities.

This is more than an administrative position--it's an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, act as a trusted partner, and gain exposure to strategic decision-making and business operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and discreet, with the ability to anticipate needs and ensure seamless execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



1. Administrative & Executive Support



Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling to ensure optimal use of the Group Advisor's time. Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. Prepare and manage reports, presentations, meeting notes, and official correspondence with high accuracy. Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and preparation for leadership meetings.

2. Communication & Liaison



Act as the primary point of contact between the Group Advisor and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and proofread emails, letters, and documents to ensure professional communication. Facilitate smooth communication across business units, teams, and external partners.

3. Confidential & Personal Assistance



Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Support the Group Advisor in managing personal matters, travel, and engagements. Anticipate leadership's needs and provide proactive support before requests are made.

4. Organizational & Strategic Support



Assist in project coordination and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines. Provide research and background information to support strategic decision-making. Work closely with leadership to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Desired Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Graduate from a reputed institute; specialization in Business Administration or Commerce is an advantage.

Experience:

5-10 years in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative role.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom). Ability to create professional presentations, reports, and documentation.

Core Competencies:

Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
