Manage the Principal Architect's calendar, schedule internal and client meetings, and coordinate meeting logistics.
Compose and manage correspondence, emails, and confidential documents
Process expense reports and manage timesheets
Project & Client Coordination:
Assist with project documentation, filing, and tracking project progress and timelines.
Support the preparation of proposals and presentations, including gathering necessary information and coordinating with the design team.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Assist with organizing client meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications*
Organizational & Time Management:
Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent time management are crucial.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, consultants, and the internal team.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office, project management tools).

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Good people skills for coordinating with different stakeholders and working effectively within the team.
