Key Responsibilities

:

1. HR Coordination



oLiaise with recruitment consultants and agencies for hiring activities.

oSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

2. Administrative Support



oManage day-to-day administrative operations of the company.

oMaintain and organize records and documents, MIS etc.

3. Communication



oAct as a point of contact between the executive, clients, and internal teams.

oDraft and respond to emails, follow up on communications, and ensure timely correspondence.

oCoordinate internal and external meetings and calls.

4. Team Coordination & Reporting



oFollow up with internal teams to ensure task completion and deadline adherence.

oPrepare and maintain various dashboards and reports for business tracking and performance.

oCollate data from different departments and present it in an actionable format.

5. Ad-hoc Tasks



oProvide support for special projects as assigned.

oHandle miscellaneous executive-level tasks that arise from time to time.

- Calendar management

- Aid executive in preparing for meetings, Events, Presentations, Bids etc

- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

- Tender documents, liaise on behalf of executive with multiple entities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
