Role Overview

The

Executive Assistant (EA)

will serve as the Founder's right hand, ensuring seamless execution across business operations, strategic initiatives, leadership responsibilities, and public-facing commitments. This role demands high discretion, exceptional organizational capability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.

This is

not a conventional administrative role

. The EA is expected to anticipate needs, protect the Founder's time, and enable scale across multiple ventures.

Core Responsibilities



1. Founder & Leadership Support

End-to-end calendar management including business meetings, investor calls, CREDAI and Yi commitments, travel, site visits, and events. Act as a gatekeeper for the Founder's time, priorities, and focus. Prepare daily and weekly agendas with defined objectives. Track, follow up, and close action items arising from meetings.
2. Business Operations & Project Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants. Track multiple projects across real estate developments, commercial assets, and allied ventures. Maintain structured documentation including MoMs, approvals, deliverables, and status trackers.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

Draft, review, and manage professional communication on behalf of the Founder. Liaise with CREDAI leadership, Yi members, and senior industry stakeholders. Ensure all communication reflects the Founder's tone, authority, and intent.
4. Event, Travel & Public Engagement Coordination

Manage logistics for industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements. Handle end-to-end travel planning including flights, hotels, transport, and detailed itineraries. Ensure flawless execution with optimal time efficiency.
5. Brand, Personal Office & Confidential Matters

Support timelines related to the Founder's personal brand and public presence. Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion. Assist with selective personal tasks that directly impact professional effectiveness.
Required Skills & Profile

3-7 years of experience

as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, Chief of Staff, or similar role. Prior exposure to

real estate, entrepreneurship, consulting, or family business environments

preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English and Hindi

. High emotional intelligence, discretion, accountability, and ownership mindset.
Personality Fit

Calm under pressure and proactive in approach. Highly detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills. Loyal, trustworthy, and comfortable supporting a high-performing female founder.
Growth & Exposure

Direct exposure to large-scale real estate projects and national-level industry leadership. Opportunity to grow into roles such as

Chief of Staff, Founder's Office Head, or Operations Lead

based on performance.
