Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The role involves managing schedules, handling communication, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Organize and coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track tasks, follow up on action items, and support decision-making
Assist in event planning and special projects as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting senior management or CXO-level executives
Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures
