Title: Executive Assistant to Director -- Sales, Finance & Recovery (with Social Media Administration)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Director's calendar, calls, travel, and meetings.
Prepare MIS reports for sales, finance, and recovery tracking.
Support finance operations: expense reconciliation, vendor coordination.
Follow-up for collections and maintain recovery records.
Liaise between departments for key follow-ups and communication.
Manage company's social media handles (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp) and coordinate posts.
Handle confidential documents and communication.
Must-Have Skills:
2-5 years of relevant experience (5+ preferred for Director-level EA).
MS Office, Excel (pivot, lookup), Google Workspace.
Knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks or similar.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Meeting readiness and scheduling accuracy.
MIS timeliness and data accuracy.
Collection follow-up completion rate.
Social media engagement metrics.
Expense reporting and turnaround time.
