About the Role



We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated

Executive Assistant (Male)

to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. The Executive Assistant will act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing schedules, correspondence, and high-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative & Executive Support



Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required. Draft and manage professional correspondence, emails, and official communications. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.

Coordination & Communication



Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of directives. Handle inquiries, prioritize requests, and ensure smooth flow of information. Represent the Director professionally in meetings, both internally and externally.

Operational & Strategic Support



Assist in preparing agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up on actionable items. Support the Director in reviewing business reports, data, and performance updates. Monitor key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are efficiently completed. Conduct research and compile information for decision-making as required.

Travel & Event Management



Plan and manage detailed travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for the Director. Organize and coordinate official events, conferences, and high-level meetings.

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). 3-6 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably at senior management level. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional demeanor. Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive matters effectively. Flexibility to travel and extend support beyond standard office hours if required.
