Job Description

Primary Responsibilities



The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain the DDGs schedule, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide logistical and travel support and work on operations related projects.

Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for DDGs, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes.

Track DDGs tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines. Organize internal and external meeting for DDGs, including logistical and substantive preparation Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements Track and reconcile monthly travelling statements and complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner to the Finance. Provide special project leadership and support as needed. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

Other Responsibilities



Designing Brochure, Pamphlets, Annual Reports, Newsletters.

Analysing and preparing all marketing related materials and various MIS formats

Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations

Preparing documentations for compliances with Give India, TISS, Unites way and acting as a single point of contact for Organisation registration

Co-ordinating and assistance for documentation for the Trustees,

Coordinating and assisting DDGS for Board of Trustees Meeting, National Management Committee and Annual General Meeting and any other meetings.

Handling the official websites, officials mails and social networking sites

Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

Organising events and conferences

Sound technical knowledge and hands on new technologies

Ready to learn and adapt to any new software /technology

Language Skills :



Fluency in English and other local languages required.

Skills



Strong verbal and written English communication skills Outstanding interpersonal skills and preference for collaboration with proven success working with others; ability to work with high profile individuals externally, as well as collaborate internally. Ability to consistently apply good judgment and make good decisions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times Proven analytical and problem solving abilities Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Educational Background



Bachelor's/Master's degree in any arts, and Diploma/Degree in Administration & Secretarial course Three or more years of professional work history; The candidate should have the experience of NGO Cancer setups. One or more years of experience in providing high-level administrative support to the vertical heads.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
