Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the central point of contact for internal Stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination with different departments.
Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling
Implement robust follow-up systems to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
Share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams.
Prepare presentations, summary reports, and budgets as required
Maintain documentation with clarity and professionalism.
Conduct Meetings and notes minutes of meeting for the effective followups for actionables
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) along with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite, indicating a strong grasp of essential office tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to thrive as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, fostering smooth communication and coordination.
Proven ability to manage projects effectively, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to implement robust follow-up systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Demonstrated capability in administrative support, including managing email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and handling various administrative tasks efficiently to support the workflow.
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to strategic discussions and problem-solving initiatives
