Taking Dictations and notes in English and Guajarati Assisting CMD to for all Executive functions of the office Planning, Organizing and taking notes for meeting with Department heads and other parties Maintaining files and records Planning and scheduling appointments Independent correspondence in English and Gujarati. Making National and International travel booking and arrangements Taking care of the Guests and visitors Administrative work of office Preparing Presentations in PowerPoint Preparing MIS reports

Skills & Attributes




Good communication skills in English and Gujarati.


Stenography/Shorthand


Computer Proficiency

:


Should be Conversant with Advanced Excel Functions, PowerPoint, Word.


Conversant with handling Video Conferencing apps like Zoom, WebEex, MS Teams
