Role Summary:
Executive Assistant to the CHRO
will be responsible in supporting CHRO in driving key HR priorities, managing strategic projects, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role ensures effective execution of HR strategies, enhances cross-functional collaboration within HR, and supports operational excellence across the HR function. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, skilled in project management, analytics, and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Execution Support:
Partner with the CHRO to define, track, and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Support HR leadership in setting annual priorities
Data Analytics & Insights for Decision-Making:
Own and manage HR data analytics and reporting, providing insights on key trends.
Maintain HR dashboards for CMD and other leadership reviews.
Conduct research and benchmarking on industry best practices.
Special Project Management:
Lead and drive execution of key HR projects
Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Governance, Compliance & Process Optimization
Oversee Global HR budget planning and tracking
Ensure HR risk management strategies are in place and well-executed.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR leadership and business heads to drive alignment on people strategy.
Act as a key liaison between the CHRO and senior leaders
Support in preparing for board meetings and external forums
Responsible for managing Global Strategy into action meet, Global HR meet and support in Sr Management meets
Qualification:
Post graduate degree in Human Resources, MBA from Tier I college will be preferred
Experience:
4-5 years in HR strategy/ Project management/ Strong HRBP experience post MBA along with pre-MBA experience of 2-3 years will be preferred.
Experience of managing Senior Leaders will be preferred.
Strong Execution, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Good communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative approach.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Ability to lead in multi-cultural environments.
