Key Responsibilities

?

Executive

Support:

Provide high-level executive assistance to the Promoters, including calendar management, meeting coordination, information collation, and preparation of high-quality business presentations and reports. ?

Stenography

&

Documentation: Skilled in shorthand (stenography) for efficient note-taking and dictation. Draft official correspondence, internal circulars, and maintain clear and professional communication with senior management.

Office

&

AdministrativeManagement: Oversee the smooth functioning of the office by maintaining organized filing systems, updating databases, and managing contact directories to ensure operational efficiency. ?

Multitasking

&

Coordination: Handle a wide range of responsibilities, including secretarial functions, document control, correspondence, and interdepartmental coordination to support daily operations.

?

Meeting

Management:

Schedule and organize executive meetings, conferences, and events with a strong focus on planning, logistics, and attention to detail. Responsible for preparing and circulating Minutes of Meetings (MoM).

?

Travel

Management:

Coordinate complex travel arrangements--both international and domestic--including visa processing, itinerary planning, bookings, and expense reporting for the COO and senior management.

MIS

&

Reporting: Prepare regular MIS reports, executive dashboards, and analytical summaries, ensuring timely data inputs and accuracy in reporting formats. ?

Team

Supervision:

Lead and supervise administrative and office support teams, ensuring smooth execution of tasks while maintaining workflow discipline and adherence to deadlines. ?

Event

Management:

Assist in organizing and executing high-level corporate events such as annual conferences, supplier meets, and customer seminars. ?

Cultural

&

GlobalExposure: Possess hands-on experience working in both domestic and international environments. Well-versed with diverse work cultures and professional protocols, having traveled extensively for business-related assignments.
