Position Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and efficient
Secretary to the Chairman
to provide high-level administrative and personal assistance. The ideal candidate will be confident, discreet, and professional, capable of managing the Chairman's schedule, communications, and confidential matters with utmost responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
Chairman's calendar
, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
Handle
confidential correspondence
, emails, calls, and official communications on behalf of the Chairman.
Prepare
meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
as required.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders for smooth business operations.
Arrange
travel itineraries
, accommodation, and logistics for official trips.
Maintain
records, files, and documentation
in an organized manner.
Support in organizing
official functions, events, and meetings
.
Handle
office administration
related to the Chairman's office.
Provide
personal assistance
as and when required, maintaining discretion at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Secretarial Practice, or related field).
1-2years
of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary to Senior Management.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
.
High level of
confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
.
Pleasant personality with a
positive attitude and grooming standards
suitable for executive interactions.
