Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Communication Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize incoming communication, including emails and phone calls.

Project Coordination:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects. Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Event Planning:

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Office Management:

Ensure smooth office operations, including maintaining office supplies and liaising with vendors. Assist in managing budgets and expense tracking.
