Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO
to support strategic planning, daily operations, and cross-team coordination. This role requires strong ownership, confidentiality, and the ability to act as a trusted
right hand to the CEO/CFO
, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently and without delay.
The position involves close coordination with internal teams, representing the CEO/CFO in selected meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups across multiple functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities
CEO/CFO Support & Strategic Assistance
Support the CEO/CFO with
strategic planning, research, and preparation
for meetings, reviews, and decisions
Understand CEO/CFO priorities and proactively organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Act as a
primary liaison between the CEO/CFO and internal teams
, ensuring clarity and accountability
Calendar, Meetings & Communication
Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, and schedules
Attend internal meetings on behalf of the CEO when required and prepare
accurate minutes, action items, and follow-ups
Ensure all action items are tracked and closed within defined timelines
Execution, Follow-Ups & Reporting
Follow up with teams on assigned tasks, projects, and commitments
Track progress across departments and provide
daily and weekly status reports
to the CEO
Identify delays or risks early and escalate with recommended solutions
Operations & Coordination
Maintain task trackers, documentation, and internal reports
Coordinate smoothly with India, LATAM, and US teams across time zones
Support operational planning, process improvements, and internal coordination as needed
Ownership, Confidentiality & Travel
Maintain high levels of
confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
Be available for
occasional in-country or international travel
when business requirements arise
Represent the Executives and their Office during travel-related meetings or coordination, as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of experience as an
Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Excellent
spoken and written English
communication skills
Strong follow-up discipline, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom/Meet, and task-management tools
High attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset
Mandatory Work-From-Home Requirements
Must have a
personal desktop or laptop
suitable for full-time professional work
Must have
reliable high-speed internet connectivity
Must have a
quiet, distraction-free workspace
to attend early-morning or late-evening calls when required
Ability to attend video and voice calls without background noise or interruptions
Preferred Profile
Experience supporting senior leadership or CEOs in an international environment
Comfortable working early-morning India shift aligned with global time zones
Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically or internationally when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?700,000.00 per year
