Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant who will work directly with Head of Departments (HODs) and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritising tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company.
A minimum of
3+ years of experience
as an Executive Assistant is required.
Key responsibilities:
Proficiency in collaboration, delegation and strong Follow Up of scheduled / delegated tasks.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities
Taking Minutes of meeting & follow-up with the staff.
Co-ordination with HODs, communication with vendors and independently responding to emails.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries / Calendar of the CEO
Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and Vendors
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office skills, and good knowledge of Google sheets, forms, etc

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
