The Cinnamon Kitchen has grown consistently and profitably over the last few years, and we're scaling faster than ever, across quick-commerce, retail, and D2C. With that growth comes the need for someone who can partner with me across operations, planning, coordination, and execution, and help bring more structure to the speed at which we operate.

This is not a traditional EA role.

It's a mix of project management, founder support, cross-functional follow-ups, investor coordination, documentation, and special projects -- the kind of role that gives you a front-row seat to how a high-growth consumer brand is built from the inside.

You are someone who:

Loves taking ownership and seeing things through
Is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing clarity to chaos
Has 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startups, consulting, ops, VC, FO roles are a plus)
Communicates well, thinks structurally, and learns quickly
Wants to grow into more -- this role evolves with the company
What you'll do:

Manage workflows across teams and ensure internal alignment
Track and follow up on key priorities, launches, and deadlines
Prepare briefs, summaries, decks, and documentation
Coordinate investor conversations & maintain weekly MIS
Assist on strategic and special projects with me
Handle some classic EA responsibilities (calendars, communication)
