Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confidential Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations, coordination, communication, and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate must be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
This role involves administrative duties, communication management, scheduling, business coordination, and assisting the CEO in executing organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Coordination
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Prioritize and handle requests, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Communication & Correspondence
Draft emails, documents, proposals, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Coordinate and communicate instructions to various teams.
3. Meeting Management
Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes for internal and external meetings.
Ensure all necessary documents, presentations, and data are ready before meetings.
Track action items and ensure timely completion.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
Organize files, prepare MIS reports, and maintain documentation.
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic office administration tasks.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments as required.
5. Business & Strategy Support
Assist the CEO in business research, preparing presentations, and client proposals.
Support the CEO in project tracking, performance monitoring, and follow-ups.
Help in planning and execution of strategic initiatives and business goals.
6. Client & Vendor Coordination
Communicate with clients for scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors for events, travel arrangements, and administrative needs.
Represent the CEO professionally in meetings when required.
7. Personal Assistance (If Required)
Manage personal appointments, travel, and occasional personal errands.
Ensure smooth logistical support for both professional and personal tasks.

Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
