., one of South India's fastest-growing multi-brand mobile retail chains with 150+ stores across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, is on the lookout for a dynamic, sharp, and highly organised Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO.
This is not a routine desk job it's a strategic coordination role at the heart of the company. You'll act as the Control Tower, ensuring smooth communication between departments, driving key initiatives, and enabling faster, smarter decisions at the leadership level.
What You'll Do
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings & daily priorities
Coordinate with multiple departments to keep execution on track
Draft reports, communications, and dashboards for leadership reviews
Use modern tools (AI, Google Workspace, dashboards) to boost efficiency
Who You Are
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator
Excellent communication in English, Telugu & Hindi
Strong with Excel / Google Sheets / Reporting
Proactive, disciplined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and excited to work closely with leadership
Work Hours: -- aligned with the CEO's schedule (occasional extended hours)
