Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Track and prioritize tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
Screen calls, emails, and messages, responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
Organize and attend executive meetings; take minutes and summarize key action points.
Assist in strategic planning, research, and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Support personal tasks for the CEO as needed.
Manage and update company and client websites, including content uploads, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with web developers as necessary.
