Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar to ensure efficient use of time.
Communication:
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the managing director.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes.
Ensure that necessary materials and information are available for meetings.
Information Management:
Manage and organize documents, files, and information.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Task Delegation:
Delegate tasks to appropriate staff members on behalf of the managing director.
Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure completion.
Problem Solving:
Anticipate and identify potential issues, and proactively address them.
Solve problems independently and make decisions on behalf of the managing director when necessary.
Project Coordination

Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve project goals.
Prioritization:
Help the managing director prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Stakeholder Management:
Interact with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the managing director.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.
Research:
Conduct research on various topics as needed by the managing director.
Summarize findings and provide relevant information.
Financial Administration:
Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
Process expense reports and invoices.
