Job Description

Calendar Management:

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the managing director. Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar to ensure efficient use of time.

Communication:

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication. Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the managing director.

Travel Arrangements:

Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.

Meeting Support:

Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes. Ensure that necessary materials and information are available for meetings.

Information Management:

Manage and organize documents, files, and information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Office Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office. Order and maintain office supplies.

Task Delegation:

Delegate tasks to appropriate staff members on behalf of the managing director. Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure completion.

Problem Solving:

Anticipate and identify potential issues, and proactively address them. Solve problems independently and make decisions on behalf of the managing director when necessary.

Project Coordination

: Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives. Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve project goals.

Prioritization:

Help the managing director prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Stakeholder Management:

Interact with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the managing director. Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.

Research:

Conduct research on various topics as needed by the managing director. Summarize findings and provide relevant information.

Financial Administration:

Assist in budget management and expense tracking. Process expense reports and invoices.

Professional Development:

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Attend relevant conferences or training sessions

.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
