Job Description

1. Calendar & Time Management



Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules efficiently. Prioritize meetings based on business importance and urgency. Ensure timely reminders and preparation for all scheduled engagements.

2. Communication & Correspondence



Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official communications on behalf of the CEO. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications.

3. Meeting Management



Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and review discussions. Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting documents. Record minutes of meetings and track action items to closure.

4. Travel & Logistics Coordination



Plan and manage domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Ensure smooth logistics for meetings, events, and official visits. Handle reimbursements and expense statements related to travel.

5. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain and manage important documents, contracts, and confidential records. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review. Assist in compiling data for business reviews and strategic planning.

6. Stakeholder & Relationship Management



Coordinate with senior management, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required. Maintain strong professional relationships to facilitate smooth operations. Handle follow-ups and escalations efficiently.

7. Confidentiality & Compliance



Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information. Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and statutory requirements.

8. Administrative & Office Support



Oversee office administration tasks related to the CEO's office. Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with coordination and documentation. Manage approvals, signatures, and internal workflows.

9. Strategic & Business Support



Assist the CEO in tracking business goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives. Conduct basic research and analysis as required for decision-making. Follow up on key projects and ensure timelines are met.

10. Crisis & Priority Handling



Manage urgent situations and last-minute changes effectively. Act proactively to resolve issues before escalation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
