We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Executive Assistant

to support the Founder in managing daily operations, administrative responsibilities and marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys a mix of business strategy, operations, and execution. You will work as the Founder's right hand -- helping manage priorities, track projects, and drive outcomes across diverse business verticals.

Requirements

1. Business & Project Coordination



Drive the execution of key business projects across multiple ventures. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders. Maintain project trackers, ensure accountability, and follow up on deliverables. Support in new product or initiative launches from planning to rollout.

2. Founder's Office Management



Manage day-to-day priorities, calendar, and workflow for the Founder. Prepare briefing notes, meeting decks, and summaries to assist in decision-making. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between the Founder and all business units. Handle confidential information and represent the Founder in operational discussions when needed.

3. Business Support & Analysis



Conduct research and prepare reports, competitor analyses, and business insights. Assist in financial tracking, budgeting, and vendor or partner evaluation Draft presentations, documents, and proposals for internal or external use.

4. Process & Operational Excellence



Create systems for tracking progress, documentation, and reporting. Identify areas for efficiency improvement in business operations. Manage administrative coordination including payments, logistics, and approvals.

Qualifications:



Graduate in Business Management, Commerce, or related discipline (mandatory). 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Founder's Office, Business Operations, or Project Coordination role. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools. Maturity to handle sensitive information and interact with senior stakeholders. Comfortable working flexible hours when needed
