Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant (with Organic Lead Generation Expertise)



Working hours: US Shift(PST Time Zone) 7 Pm IST to 3 AM IST

Key Responsibilities



Executive Support



Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for senior executives. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.

Organic Lead Generation



Research and identify potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, industry directories, forums, and social media. Engage in relationship-building activities with prospects via personalized outreach. Develop and maintain a lead pipeline using CRM tools. Track lead progress, conversions, and report insights to management. Support marketing and business development initiatives by sourcing relevant opportunities and partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices for organic lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience as an

Executive Assistant, Business Development Coordinator, or similar role

. Proven experience in

organic lead generation

(LinkedIn, networking, content engagement, forums, referrals, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
