Core Responsibilities
Attend meetings or review recordings and extract
clear action points
Assign tasks to relevant people, explain context, and
track closure
Maintain meeting notes, decisions, and follow-ups in
OneNote
Handle invoices, bills, uploads, and records in
Zoho
Track activities and progress using
Microsoft Planner
Prepare
Excel-based tracking
(tasks, timelines, progress, data)
Create
PowerPoint updates & reports
(monthly / quarterly / yearly)
Coordinate with teams to collect updates and convert them into
clear PPT decks
Support planning, pre-planning, reminders, anniversaries, follow-ups -- without being told
Ensure work keeps moving even if no direct instruction is given
Mandatory Expectations
Full ownership of assigned and understood tasks
Ability to figure out work from context, not instructions
Strong research and structuring skills
Clear, professional communication
High honesty and integrity
Comfortable working across Excel, Word, PPT, Planner, OneNote
