About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and organised

Executive Assistant

to support the CEO in daily operations, coordination, communication, and task management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1-2 years of experience as an EA, Admin Executive, or similar role Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered

Key Responsibilities



Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, emails, and daily coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and maintain confidential records. Handle travel planning, schedules, and logistics. Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external teams. Track project progress, follow up on tasks, and assist with basic research.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Excellent calendar and time management Coordination & follow-up abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Task prioritisation and organisational skills Professional and positive attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
