Document Preparation: Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs, with a strong emphasis on creating visually appealing PowerPoint (PPT) presentations tailored to executive needs.
Meeting Coordination: Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, accurately recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items with strong follow-up skills.
Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally, ensuring timely responses and proper etiquette in all communications.
Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, operations) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors) to ensure seamless collaboration.
Office Management: Leverage good knowledge of office management systems to maintain organized records, files, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
