Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and tasks to ensure timely responses.
Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights for decision-making.
Assist in managing special projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
