OR experience in
daily operations Management /office management
Good working knowledge of
MS Office

Google Workspace

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Executive Assistant to support our CEO and eventually step into a leadership role overseeing essential aspects of our business operations. This individual will work closely with the CEO to gain insight into all facets of the company, preparing to assume greater responsibilities and leadership duties in the future. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership potential, and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
Shadow the CEO and gain a deep understanding of the company's operations, including multiple businesses and other key areas.
Assist in managing scheduling and appointments for the CEO, gradually taking on more responsibilities in coordinating executive calendars and prioritizing meetings.
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, learning to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and prepare for meetings alongside the CEO, gradually assuming a more active role in gathering documents, coordinating logistics, and facilitating productive discussions.
Handle phone calls and correspondence, communicating messages and information to the CEO and eventually taking on greater autonomy in responding to inquiries.
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO, learning to manage complex itineraries and logistical details.
Maintain accurate records and documents for the CEO, gradually assuming responsibility for managing important files, contacts, and information.
Collaborate with other members of the executive team on special projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to various aspects of company strategy and decision-making.
Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and growth, taking on additional responsibilities as directed by the CEO to prepare for future leadership roles within the organization.
