Job Description

An executive assistant (EA) Must provide high-level administrative, organizational, and project management support to CEO to maximize their productivity. The role is proactive and requires anticipating needs, managing complex tasks, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

The Key responsibilities are

Calendar and schedule management:

Organize and maintain the executive's daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, including appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Communication handling:

Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft and format memos, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Travel coordination:

Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.

Meeting support:

Coordinate and organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas, gathering meeting materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Administrative and office management:

Oversee general office processes, such as managing filing systems, preparing expense reports, and ordering supplies.

Project assistance:

Support special projects by conducting research, coordinating with various departments, and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Confidentiality and discretion:

Maintain the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive company and personal information.
Essential skills and qualifications

Experience:

3 years or more) as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role is typically required.

Organizational and time management skills:

The ability to multitask, prioritize a heavy workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills, for effective interaction with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.

Technical proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of software suites like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant productivity tools.

Problem-solving:

A proactive, solution-driven approach to troubleshooting conflicts and making independent judgments.

Adaptability:

The ability to be flexible and adjust quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.

Attention to detail:

Meticulous accuracy when executing tasks and managing information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
