Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance
Manage Director's schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate internal & external communication
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist in planning and tracking action items
HR Management
Support full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Conduct induction for new joiners
Maintain employee records & HR documentation
Assist in performance management
Manage employee engagement & grievance handling
Administrative & Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments
Draft official emails, notices, and HR communication
Manage office administration as needed
Liaise with aviation partners, vendors & external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management or related field
3-4 years of experience in EA + HR roles
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational & time-management skills
Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
?30,000 - ?40,000 per month
