We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be excellent in communication, time management, and coordination, and should be able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation.
Act as a point of contact between senior management and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Min 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
Quick learner and problem-solving attitude.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
