Role Overview



We are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to support our Co-Founder and oversee the daily pulse of our office operations. In this role, you will balance two critical missions: being the trusted right hand to a busy leader and ensuring our company's administrative "engine" runs seamlessly. You are the person who creates order out of chaos and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:



1. High-Level Executive Partnering



Calendar & Energy Management: Proactively manage the Co-Founder's schedule, ensuring they are prepared for every meeting and protecting their time for deep work.

2. Streamlining Office Operations



Office Stewardship: Own the day-to-day logistics of our workspace--from managing vendor relationships and supplies to ensuring a high-quality environment for the office.

3. Travel Management



Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring the employees have everything they need while on the road.

Requirements:



3+ years of experience in an executive support and office management role

Graduate/Post Graduate in any field

Good organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
