Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to senior executives and management Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and correspondence Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of executives Maintain confidential files, records, and documents Coordinate with departments to ensure timely execution of tasks Assist in compliance documentation, banking, and finance-related coordination Support HR and operations with documentation and coordination as required

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High level of discretion and confidentiality Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
